Bui. Up to 10 amba boys killed in Waikov by Cameroon Military 19 Jun 2022

Mark Bareta, Accept greetings from #Ndzevru. Since yesterday, it has not been easy for the Parish as the amba boys were ambushed by Cameroon 🇨🇲 Military at Shukov in Waikov mission.

Two amba boys were killed (Lovett and 1500) as they are called. Later, one Dona, another amba boy returned back to take the corpse of Lovett, and he too was shot by the military. He ran very fast, faster than Hussein Bolt, abandoning his bike and the corpse. He was later found dead this morning in the antenna hill around Kovifem. He could not survive the hot bullet wounds.

The two corpses are still lying there while the military is still around Waikov. The area is disserted with many fleeing to Ndzevru, kishong and Tatum.

Lovett and Dona are from Lúng compound. We Pray for nomalcy to return. We are tired of the killings, destruction, running up and down. These boys say they are here to protect us, but when the military comes, the amba boys are the FIRST to run away and leave us behind.
